Firstly welcome to World Whiskeys. Alcohol made from grain (malted or not) which is produced in Scotland is called WHISKY while it is called WHISKEY if it is produced anywhere else.
American whiskey is called Bourbon, and is made from grain (at least 51% corn (maize)) The Scotch whisky is generally double distilled, while Irish whiskey is generally distilled three times. Jack Daniel's Silver Select Single Barrel Tennessee Whiskey returns to the simplest days of the distiller's art when whiskey was crafted and sold by the barrel, each with its own individual taste.
Each barrel of this select 100 proof (50% abv) whiskey is aged in a unique location within the warehouse where the whiskey's colour and taste mature in extra measure. Because Silver Select is a single barrel whiskey, bottles drawn from individual barrels offer subtle differences in nose, colour and taste.
To mark its distinctive character, each bottle is hand-labelled with it's rick and barrel number and it's individual bottling date.
It is a single barrel with a singular taste that could only be crafted by the Jack Daniel Distillery.

This rare?, sippin' whiskey is made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, using pure cave spring water and a unique mellowing process perfected by Jack Daniel in 1866.
The distinctively pleasing flavour is the reason they'll always stay faithful to the slow, time-honoured methods their founder insisted upon.
Tennessee whiskey is similar to bourbon but is different in that it is filtered through maple charcoal in large wooden vats prior to aging.
Tennessee whiskey is also not subject to the regulations relating to bourbons, such as the use of new barrels and low level of distilling proof.

Canada Canadian Club 6yrs Canadian Club whisky was first produced in a world where the spittoon was considered quite sophisticated.
Life was harsh in the mid 1800's in North America and the whiskey was harsher. Hiram Walker (distiller), set out to create a different whiskey that offered a smoother, cleaner taste.
Even in those days, Canadian Whiskey was beginning to create a new flavour, combining the richness and fruitiness of bourbon for a cleaner, crisper palate. Canadian Club, with it's unique distilling process was a cut above the rest. Lighter than Scotch and smoother than bourbon, this was no ordinary whiskey.
Still made and bottled in Walkerville Canada, Canadian Club is the only Canadian whiskey that is 'barrel-blended' prior to aging in white oak barrels to allow the flavours to marry. Aged six years (twice the period of required by Canadian law), Canadian Club is a true, quality Canadian whisky that has not changed with time. A versatile drink, enjoy Canadian Club straight, on the rocks or in a variety of mixed drinks.
Canadian Club has been the world's favourite Canadian whiskey for more than 140 years and has set the standard for great whiskey.
It's a smooth satisfying taste that will never go out of style.

Black Bottle
"My favorite" Tom. The Island of Islay is renowned all over the world for its intensely powerful and charismatic Scotch whiskies. Black Bottle is totally unique in being created from whiskies from all seven of the famous distilleries on Islay. Its spiritual home is the Bunnahabhain distillery in the north-east of the Island.
Black Bottle was created in 1879 by Gordon Graham and Co. based in Aberdeen. The three Graham brothers - (Charles Innes, Gordon and David) original business was tea but they switched their attention to whisky blending. Soon the popularity of the whisky spread through the East Coast fishermen who favoured it on long sea journeys.
Black Bottle's name came from its original bottle design based on black German glass and echoing the traditional pot whisky still. In 1914, following the outbreak of war, production was switched to green glass as it is to be found today.
Black Bottle has long been regarded as one of the smoothest and most balanced of the Scotch Whiskies.
The skilful craft of blending only the finest malt and grain whiskies delivers a wonderfully balanced and whisky experience. Fresh and fruity on the nose it combines full, honeyed and delightfully smoky flavours that set it apart.
The tasting experience is rounded off with a long and warming finish.
